The site covers an area of 36 hectares and is located along the new coastal highway about 250 metres from the Atlantic coast.

It is proposed to construct 16 different types of quality houses from compact three-bedroom bungalows to four-bedroom storey buildings together with two and three-bedroom apartments. The plot sizes vary from 300 sq. metres to 875 sq. metres.

All the houses would be delivered complete with services, fenced and landscaped with all the onsite roads bituminized and paved.

Other facilities include garden areas, social amenities, a commercial area, sites for a mosque and a church.
